Return Cost

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser; when returning an item, customers must cover postage and any associated shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until your return is processed to ensure proof of shipment. If an item is eligible for a refund, the cost of the original purchase (minus any applicable restocking fees or nonrefundable charges) will be refunded once the returned item is received and inspected.

14 Days to Return

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused jewelry with original packaging and proof of purchase. Excludes gift cards, personalized, and final-sale items. Initiate returns via customer service within 14 days. Customers pay return shipping unless return is due to a defect or our error—then we provide a prepaid label. Refunds to the original payment method are issued within 7–10 business days after inspection; bank posting times may vary. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately with photos.
